- Paul Harrie is a Southern California artist who uses classical forms in his glass works, combining vibrant colors with a number of elegant techniques. The precise striping in his glass sphere paper weights and pyramids is produced using tiny canes of glass wrapped around a central core. When cool, the piece is sometimes cut open like a geode, faceted and polished. These everyday art objects reflect the glass techniques seen in objects found in the collection of the J. Paul Getty Museum
Each piece is handcrafted and the color may vary from light to darker shades of glass. Included is an information card on the artist Paul Harrie. Due to its handcrafted nature and limited availability, this piece may require up to 4 weeks to deliver.
