A credit card is required to place an order online. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You may also pay by US check or money order when placing an order by regular mail. Please make your check or money order payable to “Getty Museum Store.” Checks must be in United States dollars, drawn on a United States bank. Please do not send cash or international money orders. To place an order by telephone, please call customer service Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time. Within the United States and Canada, please call toll free 1-800-223-3431. Outside the United States and Canada, please dial the appropriate United States access code, then 310-440-7333.

Please note that Print on Demand orders for Getty Fine Art Prints will be processed and shipped separately from other items in your order. Standard Shipping – United States - Orders sent within the contiguous 48 United States are shipped Standard Ground. Orders sent to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority. Orders sent to US territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO are shipped USPS Parcel Post. All processed orders are shipped within 3-4 business days and should arrive within 7-10 business days.

 
Expedited Shipping - United States - Next Day and 2nd Day orders are shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed. Please contact Customer Service at 800-223-3431 for additional assistance or to confirm actual ship date. Expedited shipping is available only to locations with street addresses. Expedited parcels cannot be shipped to rural routes or post office boxes.

Standard Shipping - Canada and International -- Orders sent outside of the United States are shipped using a variety of carriers. Delivery times vary according to destination country. Processed orders are shipped within 3 business days and most packages deliver to Canada within 2 weeks and to all other international destinations within 2-6 weeks. Recipients are responsible for all duties and taxes.

Return Policy

 

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please return it within 30 days for a refund of the merchandise price. Please send returns via a prepaid and insured method, including a copy of the packing slip and the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Send all returns to:
