Artist Oscar Rodolfo Mendoza is strongly attracted to the Maya culture, which is why pre-Hispanic ceramics have always been one of his favorite art forms. In his workshop new artists are trained to carry on Mayan art traditions. “We don't only craft objects that are pretty.
