*Oversized shipping applies to orders exceeding size and/or weight limits. In addition to items noted as Oversized on their product pages, this includes bulk orders of books (4 or more of the same title) or book orders that weigh over 25 pounds. Standard Shipping Information
  • Contiguous 48 United States are shipped Standard Ground.
  • Alaska and Hawaii are shipped 2nd Day Air and will be charged according to the chart above
  • Oversized shipping for Alaska and Hawaii is $30.00. 
  • US territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO are shipped USPS Parcel Post.
  • All processed orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. Actual delivery date is dependent upon the carrier. We ship to one address per order. Please place a separate order for each shipping address.
  • Please note that we do not ship to hotels.

    • Expedited Shipping Information

    United States: Next Business Day and 2nd Business Day orders are shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed. Please contact Customer Service at 800.223.3431 for additional assistance or to confirm actual ship date. Expedited shipping is available only to locations with street addresses. Expedited parcels cannot be shipped to rural routes or post office boxes. If you place an order and request 2nd Day or Next Day Air shipping to a PO box, we will contact you for a non-PO box address. If we cannot reach you in a reasonable amount of time, your order will ship via the United States Postal Service.

    Gift Purchases 

    If you mark an order as a gift, the price sticker(s) will be removed, and a gift invoice (without prices) will be included in the shipment.
    We do not offer gift wrapping.

    Signature Required
    We require a signature on delivery for orders totaling $1,000 or more.

    Packing Materials
    We use biodegradable starch peanuts in most of our packaging.

    Chocolate Products
    Due to heat sensitivity, we recommend expedited shipping for chocolate products between May and September to lower the chance of melting.

    **Please note that we currently ship international but do not ship to Algeria, Nigeria, Slovenia, Ukraine, Russia, or Belarus.

    International Standard Shipping Information
  • In accordance with our current shipping policies, payment for international orders will be processed immediately. Orders may take up to thirty (30) days to ship after payment has cleared.
  • Recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes or fees which apply to international shipments. Orders refused by recipient upon delivery will be considered an "abandoned package" and ineligible for a refund. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information.
  • We ship to one address per order. Please place a separate order for each shipping address.
  • Orders sent outside of the United States are shipped using a variety of carriers. Most carriers require a phone number, so you will need to enter your phone number on our website as you checkout.
  • Delivery times vary according to destination country. Processed orders are shipped within 5-7 business days and most packages deliver to Canada within 2 weeks and to all other international destinations within 2-6 weeks. 

    • Expedited Shipping to international destinations is not available.
