Forms of Payment 

A credit card, PayPal, or Amazon Pay is required to place an order online. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You may also pay by U.S. check or money order when placing an order by regular mail. Please contact a member of our customer service team at the phone numbers above for assistance with this process. Please make your check or money order payable to “Getty Museum Store.” Checks must be in United States dollars, drawn on a United States bank. Please do not send cash or international money orders.


Using a Discount Code

To apply a discount code, add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, you'll find a field to input your discount code. Enter your code here and click "Apply." The discount will then be applied and reflected in your order total.

Return Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please return it within 30 days for a refund of the merchandise price. Please send returns via a prepaid and insured method, including a copy of the packing slip and the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, but we will pay shipping to rectify a damaged or defective item.

All sale items are final sale.

International Orders: By placing an order, recipient agrees to pay for all customs fees and taxes imposed by the destination location. Orders refused by recipient upon delivery will be considered an "abandoned package" and ineligible for a refund.
