This Gustav Klimt (July 14, 1862 - February 6, 1918) boxed notecard set features a selection of images of his most renowned paintings from his golden phase, including The Kiss and The Tree of Life detail from the Stoclet Frieze. The Austrian painter distinguished his work with elaborate decorative gold leafing. Extravagant and rhythmic as well as symbolic, his murals, sketches and paintings are classic examples of the Secession period in Vienna.
